Pen Turning Masterclass
Take Your Pens to the Next Level!
Take your pen turning to the next level! This class teaches pen turners who have already mastered the basics some advanced techniques, including methods of designing pens, making custom hand-built pen blanks for unbelievable designs, taking standard hardware kits and customizing them for more creative options, how to perfect the fit and finish of your pens, and more! As this is an intermediate class, prior experience in turning pens is required. We suggest also having some experience turning acrylic / acrylester pens. Students will learn several techniques as they hand-build blanks and turn two custom pens.
Dates and Times:
- The 9/16 class meets on Tuesday, 9/16 and again on Thursday, 9/18 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM both days.
