PEN AND INK SKETCHING NATURE FOR EVERYONE,Tue,11am-12:30pm,April 2, 23, 30

Join artist and teacher April Christenson to explore the many options and techniques that pen and ink offers. You can be a new or continuing student to enjoy this class! We will start by drawing our nature images with a light pencil. Then we will learn about the variety of textures and details that you can create using pen and ink. Another lesson will be about how to get a variety of values with pen and ink, a key to great pen and ink artwork. Handouts will give you reference material to take home.

Bring to Class: Bring a 9”x12” spiral bound sketchbook, #2 pencil or set of pencils, eraser, and several skinny black pens. We will discuss other specific supplies at the first session.
