This hour-long workshop is an introduction to simple, effective strategies to improve core strength, bladder control and confidence in workouts and everyday life. It is a supportive, educational, and practical experience designed to help participants connect with the pelvic floor muscles and strengthen their bodies from within.

About the Instructor
Liz Toure, MPT of Juniper Obstetric Physical Therapy & Wellness is a physical therapist specializing in pelvic health, perinatal, and peri/menopause care.
