Accepted Answer

Your choice and gauge of your suicidality spectrum. Most people that enter the group identify with ideating over long periods of time, though are at different points with those ideations at this current time. Please be sure to check in with yourself.

Is this space recorded or held by mandated reporters?

Accepted Answer

This peer space is held by and for peers and not held by licensed professionals or mandated reporters. This space holds zero threat of institutionalization and is not a replacement for therapy.

Question 3

How much can I share in a peer, non-carceral space?

Accepted Answer

You can share whatever needs to come forward as it relates to suicide and death; in this peer space we use direct and clear language and often ask, "what nagging, ruminating thought would like to be brought out of the shadows and held in community."

Question 4

What if I want to remain private but still enter the group?

Accepted Answer

Feel free to use a coded/anonymous handle, though you may be asked privately to confirm your identity by way of your registration name. Cameras can remain off and though talking out loud is encouraged it is not mandatory.
