What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?

The First Church in Cambridge is located at 11 Garden St, Cambridge, MA, just outside of Harvard Square. The concert will take place in the Sanctuary. Limited free street parking is available on Sundays! (Check signage to confirm.) If taking public transportation, the Harvard Square stop on the Red Line is a five minute walk. Handicapped accessible parking spaces are on Garden St, directly in front of the church. Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

Please print your ticket or bring an "e-ticket" on your smartphone.

What is the difference between a Standard and Supporter Ticket?

Both tickets are for general admission. The "Supporter" ticket option allows you to make a larger financial contribution, if you wish. Thank you for your support!

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?

Yes. One ticket admits one person to the concert. You can freely purchase tickets for others or give your ticket away. Make sure the other person has a copy of the ticket (printed or digital), since the record of your purchase will be under the purchaser's name.

What can/can't I bring to the event?

Recording equipment of any kind is prohibited. Please, no audio/video recording and no photography.

What is the refund policy?

All sales are final, except in the case of illness. If you are not feeling well, please email to request a refund before the concert start time. (Please note, refund requests received after the start time cannot be accepted; and Eventbrite's fees are non-refundable.)If you can no longer attend the concert for a reason other than illness, please consider giving your ticket to a friend! In the unlikely event that the concert is cancelled, a refund will be given.
