Pearland Innovation Hub Anniversary

 The Pearland Innovation Hub may take photos or videos during this event and reserves the right to use any photograph/video taken at any event sponsored by the Pearland Innovation Hub in publications or other media material produced, used, or contracted by the Pearland Innovation Hub including by not limited to: brochures, invitations, books, newspapers, websites, etc. To ensure the privacy of individuals, images will not be identified using full names or personal identifying information without written approval from the photographed subject. 

By participating in a Pearland Innovation Hub event or by failing to notify the Pearland Innovation Hub, in writing, your desire to not have your photograph used by the Pearland Innovation Hub, you are agreeing to release, defend, hold harmless, and indemnify the Pearland Innovation Hub from any and all claims involving the use of your picture or likeness.
