Where will the classes be held?

All the classes will be held on at Apex Town Hall on the Community Arc. Grassy Area

Is there class registration?

There is absolutely no registration or sign-up classes, it's first come first serve.

Bring a water bottle, hand towel, and your own yoga mat. You may bring lawn chairs if you like to rest between classes!

Yes, it will be hot! Wear sunscreen. We will have a water station and plenty of options to keep you cool.

You can park at the Apex Community Center parking lot, Town Hall parking lot, Senior Community Parking lot, and on Hunter Street. There is additional parking on Massapequa Street.

While furry friends are cute, we think its best they sit this one out.
