In this demonstration/hands-on workshop we will make cream cheese pie dough and fill it with a delicious and seasonal fresh peach and raspberry filling. This dough can be made gluten-free too! This is one of my favorite pies ever. There will be plenty of time for your questions in this one session demonstration/workshop. Create right along with me or make it later using the downloadable video recording of the session.

Organizer Kate McDermott-Art of the Pie

Organizer of Peach Raspberry Pie

Kate McDermott, author and teacher is the creator and founder of Art of the Pie® and Pie Camp® and James Beard Finalist for her book Art of the Pie: A Practical Guide to Homemade Crusts, Fillings, and Life (2016). Since 2008 she has taught the time-honored craft of pie making to over 4000 people. One of the most highly sought-after culinary instructors nationally, Kate is widely acknowledged as one of the best makers of pie ever and has been called “Food Rock Star” and “Pie Whisperer.”

Kate has presented her Art of the Pie® workshop to food luminaries as well as receiving high praise from baking legend Dorie Greenspan, Ruth Reichl, former editor of “Gourmet”, David Leibovitz, Elise Bauer of SimplyRecipes.com and many others. She has been featured in the New York Times, Washington Post, Wall Street Journal, USA Today, Oprah, Real Simple, and countless other publications.
