Learning Community for Writing, Dissemination & Reviewing
Join Progress in Community Health Partnerships’ (PCHP) editorial team, Community-Campus Partnerships for Health, and Morehouse School of Medicine and Prevention Research Center for a fantastic opportunity to enhance your partnership’s scholarly writing skills and connect with other community-academic authors at our workshop. This in-person gathering will take place at the Russell Innovation Center for Entrepreneurs in Atlanta, GA. Regardless of your skill level with scholarly writing, this workshop offers a platform to guide collaborative writing with multiple authors, share ideas, receive valuable feedback, and collaborate with fellow community-academic researchers.
Participants will learn and practice skills for scholarly writing, collaborative research dissemination, and receive additional support from PCHP’s editorial team during all learning community activities. Other activities beyond the workshop will include:
- Toolkit
- Follow-up webinars (3-4)
- Coaching and office hours
- PCHP special issue
- PCHP Reflections and Community Perspectives article guidelines for community-author teams
- “Beyond the Manuscript” podcast
