Refund policy:
Please ensure that you can attend when you register for our event. If something comes up before March 25th, we can refund your registration fee minus any credit card fees. However, we cannot refund any costs if you need to cancel your registration on March 25th or after. We can, however, transfer your registration to another DVM, veterinary student, or technician (technicians can only attend the technician track). Registration closes when we are at capacity or on April 12th. As a small business, we have to plan for everything in advance and cannot make any exceptions to this policy.
