What should I bring/not bring

Bring plenty of water and food, especially if you have dietary restrictions. There are small grocers in Mitchell, but the selection will probably be limited. Sunscreen and layers for all weather, as eastern Oregon can be very volatile in the spring!

Is there cell coverage at the location?

Accepted Answer

There is no cell phone service or Internet access within the monument, with the except for public WiFi at the Painted Hills picnic area. Most of the local communities do have cell coverage, but your coverage will vary depending on your carrier.

Question 4

I realize I can no longer attend. How do I cancel my ticket

Accepted Answer

If you signed up and find you can't attend after all, please cancel on Eventbrite so that the facilitator may have a proper head count. Go to your account, the dropdown will have "Tickets", then click "cancel" on the event. This doesn't show up on a mobile device, you must go to your computer or lap
