About this event

During this 45-minute virtual session, we'll engage in guided meditation, journaling, and/or (optional) shared reflection. Sessions are designed for new and experienced meditators alike.

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to be a Black or Brown momma to attend?

All women are welcome to experience the magic of this event however, our programming centers and hold space for Black and Brown moms.

How should I prepare for class?

It is highly recommended that you find a quiet space to participate in session. Having your camera on is optional. Depending on where you are, you may want a yoga mat, cushion, or blanket to support your comfort. You may want to have a writing utensil and notebook/paper nearby.

What if I'm running late?

Due to the nature of these sessions, the Zoom room will close promptly at 7:40 pm to avoid any interruptions. If you cannot make it by that time and you have not canceled per the policies below, you will not be eligible for a refund or credit.

What is your refund policy?

While we understand that things happen, we do not offer refunds.

Do you have a class credit policy?

If you cancel two or more hours before session is scheduled to start, we will provide a class credit to be used at a future virtual session. Please email hello@santeeredwood.com to cancel. Cancelations within 2 hours or no-shows are ineligible for a credit.
