Bring your favorite lunch, your journal, and a friend (or just join us solo). This isn’t a typical meetup—it’s a moment to breathe, reflect, and connect with women who get it.

What is Pause & Pour?

A space to slow down, connect, and reflect. This picnic is an intimate gathering for women to come together, share conversation, and journal with intention. Think: laid-back vibes, meaningful moments, and a chance to just be.

Is this a formal event?

Not at all. This is a relaxed, come-as-you-are kind of space. No pressure, no performances — just genuine connection and reflection.

What I don't know anyone?

That’s totally okay — many won’t! This is a safe, welcoming space to meet like-minded women and feel held in community. You are seen, you are welcome.

What if I've never journaled before?

No worries at all! There will be gentle prompts and you're free to engage however feels right for you — write, listen, reflect, or simply enjoy the moment.
