Pause Studio is a modern recovery brand built to restore the human condition. Using cutting-edge technologies and age- old healing principles, Pause offers a place to relax, recharge, renew and ultimately resume life in a clearer, happier, healthier state of mind. Whether it’s an other-worldly float, the detox of an infrared sauna or a replenishing vitamin- packed IV drip, Pause gives you everything you need so you can be everything you’re meant to be. Our events are designed to foster community within the wellness space, connecting innovative brands and health conscious individuals in a safe and healing space.

Take a slow and easy Sunday morning in the South Bay, starting with an all-levels Power Flow yoga class by CorePower Yoga Manhattan beach in the outdoor courtyard at The Point. Afterwards we&#x27;ll be hanging out at Pause Studio, enjoying delicious bites and bevs while meeting and connecting with other wellness enthusiasts and enjoying complimentary Pause services. This event is hosted in collaboration with health and wellness creators, Kelly Uchima (@_kellyu), Kate Noel (@katenoel_), and Maryana Dvorska (@maryanadvorska). ADDRESS: The Point, 850 S. Pacific Coast Highway, El Segundo CA 90245 TIME: 10-11am Check in, grounding medition, All-Levels Power Flow Yoga 11am-12:30pmSocial reception, complimentary Pause service, permanent jewelry applications, ear seeding, food and snacks and more! TO BRING:PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN YOGA MAT. Option to bring a yoga towel, meditation blanket, sun hat, and protective clothing.Extra cash/credit card for shopping and dining at The Point. Open mind &amp; open heart. PARKING There is ample free parking at The Point.This event is donation based, with all proceeds going to NAMI, the National Alliance on Mental Illness. NAMI is the nation&#x27;s largest grassroots mental health organization dedicated to building better lives for the millions of Americans affected by mental illness. You help provide a national network of support and resources, both online and in communities across the country.
