Pause + Play: Inner Child Day retreat

Our Inner Child Day retreat is designed to guide you back to the essence of joy! 

Pour love and energy back into yourself and connect with your inner child through yoga, meditation, and creative writing. This retreat is all about having a good time and unleashing untapped creativity! Come alone or bring a friend – either way, you're sure to leave feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. A sanctuary for self-discovery and renewal awaits!
