Rising Fawn Gardens

Pause is a full-day, intentionally held experience designed to help you step away from noise, urgency, and constant engagement.This is not a productivity retreat. It is not a space for heavy processing.It is a day to slow down.Set on the beautiful grounds of Rising Fawn Gardens, this experience combines gentle movement, sound, creative expression, guided forest immersion, and spacious time to simply be.Participation is always optional. Silence is welcome.<h2>What the Day Includes</h2>• Gentle yoga • Sound healing • Guided forest bathing on the land • Art therapy session • Healthy boxed lunch - a separate email will be sent to choose what you'd like. • Fresh juice, water, and tea • A curated Divine Purity goodie bag, including a candleAll materials and supplies are provided.The day is intentionally paced with spacious transitions.<h2>Investment</h2>$175 per personSpace is limited to 15 participants to preserve the intimacy and tone of the experience.Registration closes mid-March or when capacity is reached.<h2>What to Bring</h2>• Yoga mat • Comfortable clothing • Layers • Water bottleEverything else is provided.<h2>Important Notes</h2>This is a light container. We will not be engaging heavy or charged topics, including politics, religion, or personal trauma.All registrations are non-refundable.
