Refund requests may be submitted via the Eventbrite Platform, but approval is not guaranteed. We evaluate refund requests on an individual basis. If we successfully fill your seat from our Waitlist, a refund will be processed, deducting Eventbrite fees. However, if your seat cannot be filled, or there is insufficient time for it to be filled, a refund cannot be guaranteed. Food Wine and Flavor was born out of the desire to enjoy life and to Savor the Good Stuff. Every day, we have the opportunity to elevate our dining experiences by approaching them in a reverent way.

The world of wine is the story of human history. Each wine and wine region has a story all its own. Let’s create more moments in our lives with simple joys and pleasures. Experiences that help us to remember the joy of the moment and to nourish ourselves, our friends and loved ones.

After years of studying wine, I have concluded that very little has happened since the beginning of history, of much importance, without a nice bottle of wine nearby. It has been the reason for the success and defeat of civilizations. Wine – like no other – can elevate food. But it also elevates the social experience. It helps to connect us all and can make our experiences – our lives – just a little richer, a little brighter. It's genuinely art in a glass.

We moved to the Lake Norman area in 2022 and joined the F&B Social Club to meet people and discover incredible experiences throughout the Greater Charlotte area. I was invited to present and teach at a dinner or event here and there for F&B. From there, then private wine classes evolved - and now Food Wine and Flavor is launching public events and classes. This is an exciting time to be a part of the diverse offerings born of tradition and innovation here in the Charlotte and Lake Norman area. Cheers!
