A 3-hour, clinically guided intimate workshop to help you reset your nervous system from survival mode into clarity, confidence, and calm.

​This experience guides you back to your internal compass, where your thoughts, emotions, and body begin working together instead of against each other. In a world that constantly pulls your attention outward, this workshop invites you to slow down with intention, listen deeply, and reconnect with yourself from a place of safety and self-trust.


What this workshop is about:

Many high-functioning people live in a state of activation, overthinking, bracing, pushing through, or feeling disconnected from themselves. Over time, this impacts your emotional and physical health, decision-making, relationships, and well-being. In this workshop, you’ll learn how to work with your nervous system instead of against it, so change doesn’t require force.


You’ll be guided to:

  • Shift out of stress and survival patterns
  • Build internal safety and regulation
  • Increase emotional clarity and self-trust
  • Access a more grounded, confident, and calm state of being

What you’ll experience:

During this workshop, you will be guided through a structured and experiential process designed to help you understand and regulate your unique nervous system patterns. You will:

Map Your Unique Nervous System Blueprint
Identify patterns and defensive responses, and understand how they show up in your thoughts, behaviors, relationships, and daily decision-making.

Recognize Your Personal Stress Cycle in Real Time
Learn how to catch activation patterns as they arise and before they escalate, so you can respond with awareness instead of reacting from survival.

Learn Practical & In-the-Moment Regulation Tools
Practice accessible somatic and breath-based techniques you can use anywhere to shift from overwhelm into grounded clarity within minutes.

Experience Embodied Integration
Engage in guided experiential exercises that help your body internalize safety — not just intellectually understand it.

Develop a Personalized Regulation Plan
Leave with clear, practical next steps to continue strengthening your capacity for calm, confidence, and self-trust beyond the workshop.

And...

You will be guided through breathwork and meditation practices, in addition to receiving your own aromatherapy blend, a journal, and take-home content to anchor your continued practice. The workshop will be an intimate setting limited to 11 participants facilitated by a licensed trauma and anxiety clinician with over two decades of working in the mental health field.

Meet the Facilitator:

Tamara Filgueiras, LCSW, CCTP

​Tamara is a licensed psychotherapist, certified clinical trauma and anxiety treatment professional, writer, and certified meditation teacher with over two decades in the mental health field.

​She specializes in treating trauma, anxiety, burnout, emotional regulation, and helping high-functioning individuals move from survival patterns into sustainable self-trust and balance.

​After surviving cancer twice, Tamara deepened her commitment to supporting others in reconnecting with themselves from a place of resilience, clarity, and inner safety. Her work integrates clinical expertise with compassion, depth, and lived experience.

She’s the founder and owner of OnPath Counseling & Wellness offering individual therapy, workshops, and retreats.
