<h3>A clinically-guided experience where you learn to speak the language of your nervous system, so you can live life from a place of clarity, confidence, and calm.</h3>​​​You've tried to push through. It's a deeper reactive energy that impacts how you are navigating life.​ You don't need another strategy. You need to come home to your True Self.​Reflect for a moment:​When was the last time you felt genuinely at peace... not because everything was perfect, but because YOU were steady?<ul><li>You're exhausted by your own mind. The thoughts don't stop. Even rest doesn't feel like rest.</li><li>You keep waiting to feel better. Like life will finally calm down and then you'll breathe again.</li><li>You react and then regret it. You knew a different response was possible. You just couldn't find it in time.</li></ul>​ That gap between who you are and who you know you could be? That's not a character flaw. That's a pattern that was learned. And what was learned can be unlearned. Path Into Your True Self is where we will focus on that shift. ​Together, we'll move through four powerful stages:<ol><li>We'll trace the invisible patterns that have been quietly running your reactions, your relationships, and your energy. Seeing the pattern is the first moment of freedom.</li><li>You'll feel your way to a new response in real time. Not theory. Not homework. Right here, in your body, you'll practice what it feels like to choose calm over chaos. That feeling becomes your new baseline.</li><li>You'll be given tools that actually work in real life. Breathwork. Somatic awareness. Cognitive pattern interrupts.</li><li>You'll reconnect with the version of you that trusts yourself. Clarity. Steadiness. The quiet confidence of someone who knows they can handle what's coming. That's not a distant goal, that's what we're building together, that morning.</li></ol>​ Let's be realistic... Life will have curveballs, unexpected detours, and change. It will also include beautiful moments, adventures, and joy. But if our inner landscape is not cared for, we won't fully feel the gentle parts, and we will struggle navigating the tough ones. ​What you carry home with you:<ul><li>Your personal map: A clear picture of your own patterns, so you can see yourself coming before the spiral starts</li><li>Tools you'll actually use: Practical, embodied techniques that create inner safety</li><li>A journal + aromatherapy blend to anchor your continued work</li><li>A private, online, 30-minute 1:1 Integration Consult with the facilitator after the workshop for increased support</li></ul> Who is guiding this journey:This workshop is an immersive experience led by Tamara Filgueiras, LCSW, CCTP, with 20+ years of experience working in the Mental Health field. She's a licensed psychotherapist, founder of OnPath Counseling &amp; Wellness, trauma and anxiety specialist, meditation teacher, and someone who has walked through fire herself. Tamara doesn't just teach this work, she has lived it. Twice diagnosed with cancer, she was forced to choose between being consumed by fear and pain or using everything she knew to heal from the inside out. She chose to heal. That journey transformed not just her survival, but her entire understanding of what human beings are capable of when they stop running from discomfort and from their own selves.
