With fifteen years of experience Black Valley Farm has pioneered a unique market sustaining one of the largest cottage herds of Kunekune pigs in the nation. Supplying our own farm-to-table cafe with whole hogs as well as retail pork cuts.
Let us introduce you to the basics of raising pigs on pasture for profit. From State regulations and certifications, to infrastructure and husbandry, marketing, budgeting and beyond..... whether full time, part time, or hobby.
