Vom Fass means "from the cask" in German. We are an oil, vinegar, spirits and wine store. All of our products come from small family growers and producers. Everything is available for tasting in the store so we are perfect for "Taste Explorers".

Vom Fass Coronado

Learn the traditional Italian techniques of fresh pasta making in a 2-hour instructional workshop. Workshop teaches basic pasta making techniques that embrace the joys of making pasta at home. Recipes include VomFASS ingredients of specialty oils for a truly indulgent experience. A variety of pasta shapes and noodles are taught as well as accompanying recipe cards and storing and cooking instructions.
Meet new people, get creative using your hands and engage in a culinary workshop that ignites a soulful and personal experience. Take home your specialty freshly made pasta!
