Pasta Making Workshop

In this workshop, we will be making pasta from scratch using basic equipment and easy to follow recipes.

SUMMARY:

In this workshop, we will be making pasta from scratch using basic equipment and easy to follow recipes. We will practice hand rolling different shapes, using a sheeter attachment, and stuffed pastas. We will also be sampling some during the workshop! We will go over different dough recipes as well as drying for long term storage. These concepts will go a long way in your home kitchen to create many delicious meals!

WHAT YOU'LL TAKE HOME:

All ingredients and supplies will be provided! Everyone will have an opportunity to choose from a selection of different pastas that we make in class. Plus, you'll also have access to our recipes and class notes.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATIONS:

Please make sure you will be able to attend before submitting payment, as we will not be issuing refunds or transfers for cancellations UNLESS we are able to fill your spot. You are also welcome to send someone in your place, if you run into any last minute issues. If you are unable to attend and we are not able to issue you a refund or transfer, you will still be able to come pick up your workshop materials at a later date. This must be scheduled in advance to ensure all materials are available for you when you arrive!

ADDITIONAL INFO:

***Ages 15 and up are welcome to attend. Younger kids may be able to attend under the supervision of an adult.

***Space will be tight! Please be considerate. We will only have room for individuals accepted into the workshop. No room for extra guests.

***Appropriate attire for this workshop: Hair pulled back and covered with a hat or headband, full length pants, and close-toed non-slip shoes. An apron is optional but recommended.
