Learn how to make your own fresh pasta at home!

Making your own pasta at home can be satisfying......and simple once you have the techniques down. In this hands on class you will learn how make a batch of pasta dough then knead, shape, and cut your own pasta. Each participant will make a small batch of dough to take home with them. You will be served pasta with Chef&#x27;s homemade sauce at the end of the class.

Cost for this class is $60/person If you are signing up with more than 5 in your party please give us a call as we may be able to tailor more to your individual needs. No refunds or credits will be given if cancelled within 72 hours of event

Know we will be taking all precautions regarding COVID-19 during the classes. Kitchen is completely sanitized before each class, gloves will be used when preparing food. What to Expect: The Pasta Making class is taught by Chef Launa Tierney who specializes in Italian Cuisine with a emphasis on pastas. This cooking class is a hands-on class. You will work in pairs as you make your own pasta dough then roll and cut using pasta machine. Chef will demo and share with you how she makes her own tomato sauce. You will have a meal of pasta w/ sauce, mixed green salad, focaccia bread w/ olives oils all while having a fun evening out in the kitchen! Come together with friends, a date, or just treat yourself. Class participants will receive 20% off in-store purchases the day of class (some exclusions may apply) Two glasses of wine along with other beverages will be served during the class. Please be prepared with your ID at check-in if you wish to have wine during your class.
