<P>Roll up your sleeves and roll out the dough at our fresh pasta cooking class led by Executive Chef Amalia Scatena. <SPAN>Learn how to make pasta dough and produce delicious hand-made pasta. The two-hour class takes place in Cannon Green's kitchen and includes a hands-on demonstration, pasta dinner and 2 glasses of wine. </SPAN></P>
<P><STRONG><SPAN>About Chef Amalia Scatena<BR></SPAN></STRONG>Chef Amalia Scatena knows a thing or two about pasta.  Raised in San Francisco among a kitchen-centric Italian family, Chef's passion for food was fueled equally by her parents and by the great Bay Area chefs they exposed her to. She graduated from the Advanced Culinary Arts Professional Program from the Culinary Institute of Florence, Italy. Chef Amalia is the Exective Chef at Cannon Green and the Culinary Director for Easton Porter Group -- whose restuarants include Cannon Green, Zero Café + Bar, Red Pump Kitchen and Pippin Hill Farm & Vineyards.</P>
