What if I can't be hypnotized?

Everyone experiences hypnosis. Ever been so interested in a book, task, or movie that you lost all track of time? Ever been driving and got so lost in thought or a good podcast that the drive felt like it took half the time and you don't remember passing half the landmarks? - You've been hypnotised.

What if I get stuck under hypnosis?

Accepted Answer

You won't. Hypnosis is a state of focus and we can always pull ourselves out of it when needed.

Question 3

What if I don't see anything?

Accepted Answer

Everyone see images in their mind's eye. If you allow yourself to be curious and let the images come without getting caught up in "getting it right," the guided instructions will bring up images of your past life.

Question 4

How do I know if I'm making it up?

Accepted Answer

It's common to wonder whether the information you're receiving is made up by your own mind. Allow yourself to stick with it and trust the information. Eventually most people feel an emotional sense of engagement with the scenes  you're seeing. This wouldn't happen if you were making it up!

Question 5

What if the past life is too intense for me?

Accepted Answer

One reason for the low cost is to try it out. You can easily pull yourself out of hypnosis if it becomes more than you want to experience. Additionally, I'll give instructions to view the scenes from a distance or even jump to the end of a scene as ways of feeling more comfortable, if needed.
