For example, a family of 5 only needs 1 appointment
1 PERSON = 1 TICKET
2 PEOPLE = 1 TICKET
FAMILY OF 5 = 1 TICKET
Applicants are required to bring the following items with them:
1. Completed passport application (fillable with black ink only)
2. Original proof of citizenship document (birth certificate, naturalization certificate)
3. Government-issued photo identification
4. Passport photos are available for $15 each.
5. One personal check, money order, or cashier’s check to pay the Passport Fee (see details below).
6. Fees & Payments
There are two forms of payment required when applying for a U.S. Passport.
1. Personal Checks or Money Orders are made to the U.S. Department of State. Passport Fees vary depending on the service you are requesting. For a complete list of fees and services, go to travel.state.gov.
2. Cash or Credit Cards are used to pay an Application Fee of $35*.
*An additional convenience fee of 2.8% or $1.50 (minimum) will be charged if using debit or credit.
We do NOT accept renewal applications for adults. If you were 16 or older when you got your passport and your passport has been expired for less that 5 years, you MUST submit the renewal form (DS-82) on your own.
