About this event

Business • Design

As part of the Passive House Network’s International Passive House Open Days, OPAL invites you to join a guided tour of two high-performance buildings on the College of the Atlantic campus in Bar Harbor.

Led by Tim Lock, the tour will offer a walk-through of the Davis Center for Human Ecology and the newly completed Collins House student residence. Both buildings are designed to meet rigorous Passive House standards while strengthening connections between architecture, ecology, and community.

Attendees should park in the public spaces located on the northwest side of campus and meet at the south entrance of the Davis Center. After touring that building, the group will walk together to the Collins House dormitory.
