The beauty of Pass It On is its unique ability to merge inter generational and inter-disciplinary artists and audiences in the most dynamic ways. Poetically, we welcome powerhouse duo, Karega and Asia Rainey Ani, partners in poetry and in life. We also reach back to check in with former team SNO 2012 champion, Sam Gordon. Musically, Memphis born singer-songwriter, Libya Sachez Freeman joins us to blend folk and soul traditions. Visually, we honor the Class of 2020 with senior art students from schools around the city as they showcase their works. For this show, foundation and future marry in the present to bring forth a gift!! Are You Ready for the Word?
