We’ll call Bellasera Hotel home for the weekend, and all guided transportation will begin and end there for ease and convenience.

We’ve secured a room block for guests who’d like to stay onsite, but if you prefer a nearby boutique stay or Airbnb, you’re welcome to choose what fits your vibe.

Saturday | Arrival + Welcome

We start strong — with a breathtaking Terrace Experience at Sensorio, home to the iconic Field of Light.

As the sun dips below the hills, we’ll gather for our Welcome Toast surrounded by thousands of glowing lights. It’s the kind of moment that feels magical… and grounding at the same time. The perfect way to set the tone.

Sunday | Vineyard Immersion

Sunday is all about ease.

We’ll travel in limo-style comfort as we visit three distinctive Paso Robles vineyards, each offering guided tastings and a unique expression of the region.

A hosted vineyard lunch is included, giving us space to slow down, savor the wines, and actually enjoy the scenery — no rushing, no schedules to manage, just presence.

Monday | Culture, Wine & Farewell

We begin the day with a guided visit to the legendary Hearst Castle — a true California icon.

From there, we continue with two additional vineyard tastings before closing the weekend with a beautifully curated Farewell Dinner. A final gathering to reflect, connect, and toast to new memories.
