Pasadena WOW JAM 2017 - Volunteer

In just four hours, we mobilize thousands of volunteers, churches, city officials, businesses and community organizations to host a giant street fair in some of the poorest and most desperate communities around the world. We watch as hopelessness and despair turns to hope and destiny – leaving behind community-wide change in our wake.WOW JAMS are a tangible example of the Gospel at work. Meeting people’s immediate and long-term needs, we love on individuals in practical ways by providing free food, groceries, music, haircuts, bike repairs, resume preparation and so much more.

What is WOW JAM?

How can I help?
WOW JAMS are a tangible example of the Gospel at work. Meeting people’s immediate and long-term needs, we love individuals in practical ways by providing free food, groceries, music, haircuts, bike repairs, resume preparation and so much more. Join us for training, handing out flyers, our day-before rally, and during the actual event on August 26th!
TRAINING DATES:
These are very crucial for the success of the WOW JAM. Please attend one or more of these events. There will be a time of prayer, instruction on how the WOW JAM flows, reviews of different ministry booths, altar call procedure and follow-up plans for new converts. During this time, you will be able to meet and fellowship with other workers from different churches. You’ll also be able to purchase your WOW JAM t-shirt.

Please note: we request everyone to attend training sessions, flyer distribution, the kick-off rally, be a part of the WOW JAM altar call and take part in follow-up.
