Combining mental health theory and the worlds of your fave romance novels, this event is designed with you in mind. Expect laughs, discussion, fun activities, and connection as we explore what it means to be single today!

Who will be leading the workshop?

Main Street's own licensed individual and couples therapist, Paige Brouillette, LPC. Paige Brouillette has a passion for connection and creativity. Her integrative approach to therapy is deeply informed by cognitive and experiential theories, drawing from ACT, DBT, the Gottman Method, and yoga.

What can I expect to walk away with ?

Participants will walk away from the workshop with deeper insight into what fulfills them, what living single is all about, and some fun activities.

Who is this workshop for?

While anyone is welcome to come, Party of One is designed with single women between the ages of 25 and 35 in mind.
