Bibi Lorenzetti is a New York City based Level II Authorized Ashtanga Yoga Teacher & certified Holistic Health Coach. She received her blessing to teach Ashtanga Yoga in 2014 from the Sri K. Patthabi Jois Ashtanga Yoga Institute (KPJAYI) in Mysore India where she frequently assisted renowned guru R. Sharath Jois. She has since been featured in Glamour Italy Magazine(Oct 2015) and has privately taught many high-profile entertainers and business moguls. She co-runs the Ashtanga program at the Shala Yoga House and teaches for Erica Ford’s LIFE Camp program.Bibi is based in NYC where she currently co-runs the morning and afternoon Mysore programs at the Shala Yoga House. Over the past 6 years, Bibi has become a sincere believer in the profound beauty and many benefits of this method. Her teaching is rooted in her own disciplined and dedicated practice.She intends to share the transformative and healing practice of Ashtanga Yoga with her students through accessible, intelligent, and precise instruction. Bibi guides her students to use asana as a tool to cultivate a deeper awareness of one's body, a steady & clear mind, and a healthy, ease-filled life.

Light fare and beverages will be offered and guests are encouraged to BYOB.
