No prior massage experience is needed—just wear comfortable clothes and come ready to relax, breathe, and unwind.

Laurent is a licensed massage therapist and yoga instructor with a passion for health, wellness, human movement, and connection.
With a specialty in Thai massage and a background as an AcroYoga practitioner, he is drawn to human contact as a means of therapeutic healing, connection, and play.
Drawing from his experience in yoga, functional calisthenics, and therapeutic bodywork, Laurent creates classes that blend yoga postures with creative, functional movement to develop strength, mobility, balance, and body awareness.
Please arrive few minutes early and bring a bottle of water.
