Frequently asked questions

Is PARSE for singles? Couples? LGBTQIA+? Poly folx?

Yes! PARSE is for all identities including singles, couples, queer, poly, neurodiverse, trans, BiPOC, and more. The only requirements are an open mind, a desire to learn relational skills, and a willingness to grow.

Are they any accessibility limitations?

There are 6 steps leading up the venue. Two cats live here although many people with mild cat allergies are fine in the space.

Will there be food?

There will be a variety of snacks. You are also encouraged to bring snacks to share. There is often an independent outing for dinner afterwards.

How early should I arrive?

Arrival is between 2:30 and 2:45. We'll start organized activities at 2:45. Unless you are coming to help set-up, please arrive between 2:30 and 2:45.

Is this a s3xy event?

While the skills we will practice and learn will support you in your s3xy relationships, we are not being s3xy here. We're keeping our clothing on and focusing on emotional, intellectual, spiritual, and energetic connection more than on s3xual touch.

What should I wear?

Anything you feel comfortable in that is at least a tank top and shorts. Think casual and comfortable more than daring or s3xy.

Can I bring a friend?

Of course! We'd love to have you share this event with other people you know. It's so much fun to have a shared language of connection and relationship skills. When you can practice outside of the group, the learning goes deeper, faster.

What will we actually be doing?

We will talk. We will touch. We will self-reflect. We will share. There will be free time for exploration and practice. Skills will be based on Kassandra's experience with: Relational Life Therapy, Somatic S3x Education, Platonic Touch Therapy, JPYR, mindfulness, mindset, trauma, and parts work.

Where exactly is PARSE held?

PARSE is held in Kassandra's home. The exact address and directions will come in your confirmation email. Make sure to scroll down to find them. Otherwise the generic map will take you to the Valmont Bike Park. You're close. Don't panic. Look at your ticket or call 720-340-2246.

Should attendees bring anything?

You are welcome to bring anything that helps you feel more comfortable and cozy. While this is not a Community Cuddles or a Cuddle Party, you will be invited to make yourself comfortable with pillows, blankets and soft squishy surfaces.

Who took the main event photo?

The photo came from Unsplash a great site for finding free images from Toa Heftibahttps://unsplash.com/@heftiba who is available for hire.
