Learn how to make the classic Italian pasta dish, Cacio e Pepe, using a whole Parmesan wheel for an extra flavorful twist. Chef Ed will guide you through the steps and share tips and tricks for creating your own pasta from scratch. Then, as a reward for your hard work, watch your creation get tossed into a whole Parmesan wheel and turn into the most indulgent Cacio e Pepe. Don't miss out on this Italian culinary experience!

- Wine & beer service will be available during the event. Your first beer or glass of wine is complimentary!
