<p>✨ Let’s Walk, Connect &amp; Thrive – Together! Saturday, May 24, 2025 @5 PM ✅ Parents &amp; children, it’s time to lace up those sneakers and join Tara X &amp; The Squad for the monthly Parent Walk right here in Lake Charles! 📍 We’re meeting by the stage at the Civic Center every month for movement, music, connection, and FUN‼️ ⏰ Choose your session: 5PM – 6PM OR 6PM – 7PM 🏃🏽‍♀️‍➡️ Each session includes: • 15-min Stretch &amp; Warm-up • 25-min Power Walk • 20-min Meet &amp; Greet + Healthy Snacks 🤗 All ages welcome! Music, water, snacks, and positive vibes included. Let’s build healthy habits as a family &amp; make memories that move us — one step at a time!
