Losing a parent as an adult can bring a unique set of challenges and emotions. Whether you've recently experienced this loss or it's been some time, finding support from others who understand can be invaluable. Our Parent Loss Support Group provides a safe and understanding space for individuals who have lost a parent during adulthood.

In this group, participants can:

  • Share their stories and experiences in a non-judgmental environment.
  • Connect with others who are navigating similar feelings of grief, confusion, and adjustment.
  • Receive emotional support and comfort from fellow members who understand the complexities of adult parent loss.
  • Explore coping strategies and tools for managing grief and moving forward in life.
  • Honor the memory of their parent through shared memories and discussions.

Facilitated by an experienced counselor specializing in grief care, our group meetings are confidential and respectful of each individual's journey. Whether you are seeking solace, guidance, or simply a space to be heard, you are welcome in our Adult Parent Loss Support Group.
