Frequently asked questions

Are there restroom facilities?

No! Restrooms are not a thing on this excursion. Definitely hit a public restroom before you’re 15 minutes away! (But don’t stress, we’ve all had to pee in the woods before, right? It’s no big deal, if need be!)

Do I need a yoga mat?

Yes. Bring a yoga mat that you don’t mind using outside and getting dirty. You don’t need anything fancy at all. Walmart, Five Below, Amazon has cheap options.*** I have carrying straps everyone can use with their mats ***

Is there parking?

There is parking, but it is limited. I highly suggest carpooling with anyone in your party. There are a couple public parking options on the way that would be safe to leave a car or two for a few hours. Feel free to reach out for recommended spots.

What level is the hike considered?

Devil’s Nose is an intermediate-level hike. There are steep inclines but all are hands-off. People with mobility issues may struggle over the rocky terrain.

What level is the yoga safe for?

The yoga is definitely beginner-friendly. No experience is necessary. At any point during the yoga segments, any participant can rest, meditate, or nap on their mat, no problem. For those inclined, there will be ways to step the level up to intermediate. Advanced-level practices aren’t included.
