About this event

We are going back to Indiana Sanatorium for the weekend, but this time to enjoy two major haunting nights of investigating, with daytime access.

Last year we visited and investigated the Indiana State Sanitorium on Saturday and were blown away by the activity. The EVPS and Direct voices we heard with our own ears in groups was phenomenal. There was so much to see and investigate that we didnt get to investigate it all, so we are going back. So much property to cover you can't do it in one night.

This time we have two inclusive properties to investigate on both nights. We NOW have access to the Billy Creek Village also for both Friday and Sat night, with day tours as well. The village is only a mile and a half away from the Sanatorium. This gives us an amazing amount of locations to cover. So if you want to revisit with us from last year, you have the opportunity to investigate Indiana Sanatorium again and the Billie Creek Village.

Whats even better? I am offering a special Pre-Sale price for only $155, which gives you full-weekend-access (access to both Friday/Sat nights). This price is only good until May 1st, then any tickets available will be at regular price of $185+. Don't delay, save $30 now and secure your spot for this weekend in Indiana.

This will be the largest locations we have ever investigated at over 200 acres plus a second location of 70 acre open air Village. We will get full access to over 120,000 square feet of historic tuberculosis hospital, nursing home, mental hospital and supporting buildings which includes thousands of feet of steam tunnels. There is so much to see!

Here are all the different locations we will get access to. They will be combinded in AREAS with 2 locations per area, each hour, for each group along with free for all investigative time.

Indiana Sanatorium:

1 Commercial Building

2 Superintendent’s Mansion

3 Dr’s Bungalows

4 Water Treatment Facility

5 Tunnel Entrance

6 Administration Building

7 Power Plant

8 Nursing Home

9 Adam’s Hall

10 Water Tower

So much goes on here; apparitions, direct voice phenomena and yells, objects moving, amazing evps, singing, feeling of dread, fear or heavy emotion, cold spots, being touched, apports (a quarter appeared on bed with the persons birthday year on it) elementals in the bushes and running across the street (small figure ran across the road into bushes in front of the administration building on a full spectrum camera), shadow people, black masses and more!

Billie Creek Village:

1 School House

2 Catholic Church

3 Civil War House

4 Baptist Church

5 Old Cabin

6 Doctors Office

7 Small House - Governers House

8 Empty Shacks

9 Three Covered Bridges on the property

At Billie Creek a child has been captured on camera in the doorway of the school. Noises and shadow figures in the Church. Sounds of walking in the Civil War house, as well as a man talking. Yelling from above. Figures and shadows seen on the grounds, Are these civil war soldiers? We will find out.

History: The Indiana State Sanatorium operated as Indiana’s main tuberculosis hospital from 1908 to 1968. Re-opened as the Lee Alan Bryant Health Care Center in 1976, the site operated as a nursing home and private mental hospital until 2011 when it closed suddenly leaving behind hundreds of beds and hospital equipment.

Now it is our turn to see what is there!

This location was investigated on Destination Fear. If you are interested in watching their episode you can find it on Discovery+ under season 3, episode 14 as well as a link/clip in this post .

Billie Creek Village was a 70-acre open-air living history museum and park, filled with 38 historical buildings and structures, and hundreds of antiques and artifacts. It is located near Rockville, Adams Township, Parke County, Indiana in the area known as the "Covered Bridge Capital of the World" for the county's 31 covered bridges. It was formed in 1964/1965 by residents of Parke County, and opened its doors in 1969.[1] The group Parke County, Inc. helped to form it, and a separate group, Billie Creek Village, Inc, was formed for operating it.[2] The village took its name from nearby Williams Creek.[3]

Several buildings are from the turn of the century and range from an 1830s Log Cabin to the 1913 Schoolhouse.[4] All over 100 years old!

The Billie Creek Inn sits across the road, and as of 2012, is separate from Billie Creek Village.

In addition to the covered bridges, Billie Creek Village contains the 1830’s Besson-DePlanty Cabin, Billie Creek Village General Store, pre-1900 post office that became Billie Creek Village Bank, 1913 Schoolhouse, mid-1800’s Dr Rice’s office, 1886 St Joseph’s Catholic Church, 1900’s Gaebler Building, and many more.

Join the Paranormal Access Events Crew and Chris Fleming as we tackle the Indiana State Sanitorium and Billie Creek Village!

There will be no teams at Indiana State Sanitorium as we will have free reign. For Billie Creek Village there will be a max of 30-40 people at the most at one time.

Hotels:

There are a couple motels in the area about 2 miles away, but most decent hotels are about 20 miles away. I am currently looking into some options for best hotels to stay at and will update here as soon as I figure it out. Recent Search: https://www.tripadvisor.com/HotelsNear-g37480-d23700386-Haunted_Indiana_State_Sanatorium-Rockville_Indiana.html

If you want to stay on location; There are 6 rooms on the property in the commercial building that can be rented out since I have the entire location to ourselves. 5 Individual rooms with a queen bed and 1 room with 2 queen beds. The commercial building and the future coffee shop are the only two buildings with power and water on the site. The buildings for investigations have neither water or electricity. The commercial building also has handicap accessible bathrooms, small kitchen with refrigerator and microwave and a room to charge all your gear. I am opening up 5 of the rooms for anyone interested to rent out for the evening to sleep in. First come first serve.
