Join us as Paranormal Access Events as we investigate the Haunted Brodhead Manor in Brodhead, Wisconsin for the very first time!

Join Chris Fleming and the paranormal access crew as we take you on a day time tour and night time ghost hunt through the infamous Brodhead Manor. Once a school it is now an abandoned 60,000 square foot facility used as a Haunted House attraction in the fall and for private ghost hunts in the summer months.

Some of the paranormal things encountered or that go on here;

• 15 known spirits said to haunt the building
• Lots of residual energy
• The ghost of a little girl reportedly rolls a ball around the gym
• Apparitions have been seen in the second-floor corridor
• Loud footsteps have been reported around the former principal’s office
• A spirit in the band room is said to roll tennis balls around the floor
• Reports of intense negative feelings in the boiler room are common
• Visitors to the third floor have heard loud whispers in their ears, only to find no one near them
• People have claimed to be pushed around the janitor’s workshop
• EMF anomalies have been noted in the cafeteria and band room
• Potential EVPs have been collected by past investigators
• A giant spirit that some have communicated with
• 2 elementals, but the question is what kind are they?
• Indian Burial ground outside (but we are told out of respect that it is off limits).

During this event, we will have a daytime access tour to take photographs, become familar with the location and do some first hand ghost hunting. Then we break for dinner and comeback for group photo, group break down and all night ghost hunting with a free for all ghost hunt at 11:30pm.

40 People (max) will be investigatiing and split into 3 teams. Chris Fleming will bounce back and forth between groups during the evening.

With over 60,000 SQ feet there are 3 large Locations we will be investigating during the day and evening, with access to multiple areas at each.

5 pm - 7 pm - Dinner at Firebolt Pizza - (optional attendance) Early Check in with Chris at the restaurant, join us in a special area table at the restaurant and check in and receive VIP custom made badge. Order some wonderful food, share some stories and get to know one another before our event. Always a nice time beforehand. Say: "Paranormal Loves Pizza" you will get a discount on your final bill.

ARRIVE AT BRODHEAD MANOR FOR NIGHT TIME GHOST HUNT

PARK - you can park in the spaces as you drive in near the building and in front. Please lock your doors.

7 pm - Meet up at Brodhead Manor. Those who were not at dinner will be checked in.

7:15 pm - Group Photo, break into 3 groups and head to locations

7:30 pm - Investigation first hour Teams break up to one of 3 locations and work clock wise.

8:30 pm - Investigation second hour Teams break up to one of 3 locations and work clock wise.

9:30 pm - Investigation third hour Teams break up to one of 3 locations and work clock wise.

10:30 pm - Investigation fourth hour Teams break up to one of 3 locations and work clock wise.

11:30 pm - 1 am - Investigation free for all. No groups, feel free to go and investigate at any of the locations in the building.

1 am - Time to head home and drive safe except those spending the night in the building.

ROOM RENTAL FOR THE NIGHT (ADD ON):

If you would like to spend the night in the building with your group, 3 in one room and 5 in another....

There are 2 open rooms on the property that can be rented out to sleep in for the night with multiple people;

A) 1 Big room has 3 twin beds, 1 queen size bed, 1 full size bed, and 1 sectional couch pullout bed and reclining chairs. There are fresh pillows and sheets on the bed. 5 people can sleep in this room and a sixth on the pullout bed. $30 per person.

B) Across the hall is another bedroom with 3 twin beds for 3 people. $40 per person.

Can hold 10 people. $30/$40 per person. Please note there is no shower or running water, but there a bathroom with a bucket of water that is used when flushing the toilet.This maybe a inconvenience for some, so please book accordingly.

Notes about Brodhead Manor Location

• Not handicapped accessable
• There are lots of stairs going up to the 2nd and 3rd floor
• Elevator is not working
• There will be bottled water and popcorn for free.
• Money to rent the location goes to Brodhead Manor upkeep

Q&A:

What do I bring?

Feel free to bring your own flashlight and ghost hunting equipment (recorders, SLS cameras, EMF detectors, Cameras, snacks. Location is indoors.

What do I wear?

Wear appropriate clothing for the weather and evening. No sandles.

What if it rains?

The location is inside.

Bathrooms:

There are portapottys. No runnnig water in the building.

PARKING:

Parking outside around building where Entrance is.

Cancellations:

If event needs to be cancelled by promoter or location due to emergency, tornados, severe thunderstorms or disaster, or if event shuts down due to COVID, all tickets purchased will be rescheduled or refunded.

Do not buy tickets from anyone posting on this page, except from the EVENT BRITE website. We will try to resell your ticket if possible, but no guarantees.

When attending please keep in mind the following;

This goes without saying, but just to make sure please NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ALLOWED at location. Please do not get drunk before or drink during the event. We want everyone sober. Feel free to have a drink or two at dinner, but maintain yourself so you can enjoy the evening.

Unruly behaviour. Anyone that is causing issues with the tour guides, staff or other attendees will be asked to leave, no questions asked.

Anyone that is to loud or obnoxiuous and a repeat offender will be asked to leave and not welcome back. We want to keep this event fun for everyone to enjoy without constant interruptions or distracting behaviour to our attendees and guests.

I want to make sure everyone has a good time.

The utmost respect must be had for all the spirits there. No disrespect or taunting of the spirits please.
