F﻿unky Sweatshop classes and workshops will be an entertaining experience while you break out of the monotony of everyday and find something new to occupy your creative mind. From beginners sewing series "Out tha Box" to workshops and demos, there is something for every person and every experience level. Andrea aims to keep education affordable and accessible. Working with The Mill out of Innovation Barn in Charlotte, reducing textile waste is the ultimate goal while bringing you back to your inner child and expanding your skills.

Come to Derita Design studios and relax with friends as you work on your creative project...or not! This event is for anyone who wants to meet multi-faceted creatives, or if you need a large space to work on your sewing project or really ANY project. We'll listen to music, laugh, snack and just enjoy each others company. Feel free to bring your dinner!Coloring, games and small crafts always on hand.
