Create your very own parabolic string art work.
Parabolic string art is a technique that uses straight lines of thread to create the illusion of smooth, curved parabolic shapes. We will be stitching onto card, using colours of your choice of embroidery threads. There will be a number of parabolic patterns to choose from to create wonderful intricate shapes.
All materials are provided and no experience required - so perfect for beginners. I will guide you through. This workshop is ideally suitable for participants aged 12 years plus.
The Venue - Need Coffee Bar is a calming and creative coffee bar and arts cafe, situated at the south side of Phoenix Art Space. Ramp access if required is via the Phoenix Art Space entrance.
Booking is essential as there will be limited spaces.
