Frequently asked questions

Can I bring food or beverage?

Yes! You can bring snacks with you. However, we will be using our hands extensively, so you might not want to bring snacks that will transfer onto the paper you're working with.

How many flowers will we be making?

This depends on how quickly you go as a crafter. However, generally, during a 2 hour time period, most crafters are able to complete 3-5 anemone flowers.

I have to cancel due to a conflict. Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

We'll be sad to miss you, but yes, you can transfer your ticket to a friend. Please email Laura ahead of time at PaperPerennial@gmail.com so that she knows who to expect.

Laura Garcia is a self-taught artist and the owner and chief designer of Paper Perennial, a company specializing in handmade flowers and gifts crafted from paper. During certain times of the year, she hosts maker workshops in the northwest Chicago suburbs for a variety of flowers or handmade crafts to share the joy and knowledge of paper artistic design. Private maker parties can also be scheduled for birthdays, girls' nights, bridal showers, and bachelorette parties. She is a 13 year high school educator and plays 3 instruments.
