The WE SOAR Train-the-Trainer program was specifically designed to provide you with the competencies you need to train your staff on the WE SOAR behaviors.
Train the Trainer Attendee can expect:
- Attend a one-day, six-hour workshop to become a certified WE SOAR Trainer
- Training facilitation skill development and practice
- Materials and resources provided to deliver the program to your organization
