Panel Discussion: Fiber Art in the Public Realm
BravinLee Programs and Debra Simon Art Consulting invite you to an engaging panel discussion exploring fiber art in the public realm—its distinct challenges, creative innovations, and evolving role within the genre. Set within an exhibition showcasing works by over 60 fiber artists, the conversation will feature panelists Liz Collins, Sheila Pepe, Amanda Phingbodhipakkiya, and Brooke Kamin Rapport. Moderated by acclaimed public art curator Debra Simon, the panel will delve into how fiber art intersects with public spaces and contemporary practice.
Located at the Golden Thread II exhibition, attendees will have private access to the show after the panel.
Doors open at 11. Muffins and coffee will be served.
