Addressing the series of laws eliminating local control of housing development in our area and what can be done about it.
The four Panelists featured are:
Desiree Myers - an Advocate of local governance and control for Palos Verdes and the forum moderator.
David Bradley - a RPV City Council Member, working with the state to craft reasonable housing development standards and focus on restoring local control. He is also VP of Strategic Customer Engagement at General Dynamics Corporation.
Rob Gaddis - Redondo Beach Planning Commission Chairman, helping create their Housing Element to conform with RHNA. He is a spokesperson for Our Neighborhood Voices, and a CPA with extensive finance work in land use.
Joshua Gottheim - a Real Estate/Land-use Attorney representing RPV residents for the Silver Spur Project and the St. Francis Episcopal Church project in PVE.
