Spend an evening getting to know some truly amazing pairings with professional wine &amp; cheese educator (and bubbles afficionado) Adam Centamore. You&#x27;ll sample an array of delectable cheeses and condiments perfectly paired with bubbles from all over the globe. It&#x27;s an evening celebrating the end of the year in the tastiest way possible!My name is Adam Centamore. I&#x27;m a wine and cheese educator with over ten years of experience in teaching classes, conducting seminars and providing consulting for people who are excited to explore the fine foods and wines of the world. My first book, Tasting Wine &amp; Cheese - An Insider&#x27;s Guide to Mastering the Principles of Pairing, was nominated for the prestigious International Association of Culinary Professionals cookbook of the year award. I truly enjoy eating, drinking, and learning!
