Welcome to Painting Party! Join us at THE SHELTER!
* Rotary will paint the deck railings and balusters on a large deck at the women's and children's shelter!
* Seeking 20 volunteers from 8 am - 12 pm.
- Come, even if only for a little while!!
- Responsible kids (ages 10+ welcome if directly supervised by parent/guardian).
- Invite ohana/friends to join.
* Please bring:
- water bottle w/ name on it
- sunscreen
- LARGE cardboard boxes flattened
- Wear old clothes and shoes that you'd be ok if paint got on them.
- POTLUCK Item to share (See link below next picture!)
* Provided:
- Painting supplies provided!
- Breakfast and lunch will be provided (see list for potluck)!
* If the project gets completed early, HOORAY, we head home early!
* Please check in w/ Sarah or David to pick up your painting materials and sign waivers for The Shelter.
-- Key jobs:
- hold cardboard or tarp while another sprays the balusters
- spray balusters
- tape areas
- paint (with rollers) top railings
- assisting with beautifying the property as needed
