Every color carries an energy. Every mood tells a story. And every person in the room has something worth expressing.

We open Paint Your Frequency the way all great creative sessions should begin — in stillness. A live sound bath washes over the room first, quieting the noise of the day and awakening something deeper. It's an invitation for your imagination to rise to the surface before a single brush touches canvas.

From there, we move into the fascinating world of color theory — exploring how hues shape your emotions and how your emotions can guide your creative choices. Then you'll put brush to canvas in a guided painting session designed to help you tune into your own unique frequency.

And woven through all of it? Connection. This workshop is built for community — a space where strangers become collaborators and creativity becomes the common language.

By purchasing a ticket to Paint Your Frequency, you agree to the following terms:

Voluntary participation. You understand that Paint Your Frequency is a wellness-oriented creative experience that incorporates sound bath elements and art-making. Participation is entirely voluntary. You may step away or modify your involvement at any time without judgment.

Sound bath awareness. Sound baths involve prolonged exposure to acoustic vibrations including singing bowls, chimes, and tonal instruments. If you have a history of sound sensitivity, hearing conditions, epilepsy, are pregnant, have a pacemaker or other sound-sensitive implanted device, or any condition that may be affected by resonant sound, please consult a healthcare professional before attending and inform the facilitator upon arrival.

Art materials. All painting materials are provided and are non-toxic. If you have known allergies to paints, pigments, or art materials, please contact us in advance. We are not liable for allergic reactions that have not been disclosed prior to the event.

Emotional release. Immersive creative and sound experiences can sometimes evoke strong emotional responses. This is normal and welcomed. However, this event is not a substitute for therapy or clinical mental health support. By attending, you acknowledge this distinction and take personal responsibility for your wellbeing.

Photography & media. The event space may be photographed or filmed for promotional purposes. You grant Paint Your Frequency and its organizers the right to use images or video in which you may appear. If you prefer not to be photographed, please notify staff at check-in.

Assumption of risk & release of liability. By attending, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation. You release, waive, and discharge the event organizers, facilitators, venue, and any associated parties from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising from your participation in this event.

Refund policy. Tickets are non-refundable except in the event of cancellation by the organizer. Transfers to a future session may be available; please contact us at least 48 hours before the event.
