Get ready for a fun afternoon of creativity and relaxation at Clear Skies Meadery.
Whether you're a seasoned artist or just looking to unwind, this event is perfect for everyone. Local artist Kate Katz of Sapir Studio will guide you through creating your own painting while you sip on delicious handcrafted meads. You'll be provided with all the art supplies you need.
Wear your paint clothes! Acrylic paint doesn't wash out of clothing once it's dry, so wear something you don't really care about.
About Clear Skies Meadery
We'll be painting in the taproom at Clear Skies Meadery, right next to where all the brewing and packaging happens. The brewery, which launched in March 2020 in Gaithersburg, has expanded to a 29 tap meadery in Rockville. The mead (made from honey) is processed and aged with whole dried spices, whole fruit, or fruit purees and unfiltered to retain the full flavor.

Can't decide between Elderberry or Ginger Habanero? If you want to sample multiple meads, make sure to purchase a mead flight in advance to save $5. You'll get four 2oz. pours.
