This is a 21+ event. Come join us for a fun-filled afternoon of creativity and relaxation at House Bear Brewing at 3 Graf Rd unit 3. Unleash your inner artist while enjoying a flight of seasonal mead. No experience necessary - our talented instructor will guide you every step of the way.

The instructor will be leading instructions on painting the shown sunset with sailboat for your one-of-a-kind masterpiece in a super fun and judgmental free environment! You are welcome to deviate from instruction at any time. Our first priority is to show you a GOOD TIME!
All you need to bring is yourself! We provide everything: paint, canvas, brush, apron and an artist instructor to entertain you while you paint. Come to the venue 10-15 minutes early so you can grab a seat and your flight of mead. You can bring in food to enjoy. Light snacks will be provided.
Although aprons will be provided, please dress accordingly. For example, white pants are not the best option. Which is a bummer, because if you can pull off white pants, by golly, you should wear them... just not here! Let's face it... SPLATTER can happen!
What a bummer! You can't make it! Shucks! A 48 hour notice is required for cancellation and you will be refunded the $40 fee. You will NOT be refunded eventbrite's processing fee. No shows will NOT be refunded.

Because this event fee comes with a flight of mead, MA state law requires you to be 21 years old to sip with us. We card everyone, so come prepared! Even you, Granny!
Mead, if you are not familiar with it, is a beverage made by fermenting the sugars in honey. How is it different from Beer or wine or cider? Beer is made by fermenting the sugars in grains; wine is made by fermenting the sugars in grapes. Cider is made by fermenting the sugars in apple juice
It can be but it doesn't have to be. Mead, the oldest fermented beverage, can be flat to bubbly, dry to sweet. We try to find a balance between crisp and lightly sweet, so that you enjoy the nuances of the flavors in each beverage!
Most of our honey comes from an apiary in Billerica, Massachusetts but some of it comes from an apiary in Ipswich, Massachusetts and a few specialty varietals come from Mount Airy, Maryland. We also carefully source our other ingredients (locally whenever possible.)
